Return Window
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The return period begins from the date the murti is delivered to your address as confirmed by our logistics partner.
Eligible Returns
- The murti was damaged during transit
- The received product does not match your order specifications
- There is a manufacturing defect visible upon inspection
- The wrong product was delivered
Non-Eligible Returns
- Change of mind or preference after delivery
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Damage caused after delivery (handling, accidents)
- Custom orders that match the agreed specifications
- Products without original packaging
Return Process
- Contact Us: WhatsApp or call us within 7 days of delivery with your order details
- Share Evidence: Send clear photos/videos of the issue from multiple angles
- Review: Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours
- Resolution: We offer replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue
- Pickup: We arrange free reverse pickup from your address
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
